Program:
- To plan and provide, in partnership with parents, intervention programs for their children with developmental delay or diagnosed disability, as early as possible in order to take maximum advantage of period of greatest learning.
- To plan and implement transition or access to age appropriate community and educational services.
- To continually evaluate the program offered by Norparrin, in relation to the child and family needs; and to developments within the field of early intervention and the community.
- To provide information and advice to families concerning disability and community support.
- To provide guidance and support to families to develop their confidence and to acknowledge their capacity to respond to their child’s needs.
- To provide information to the community about the importance of Early Childhood Intervention, promote disability awareness and the role of Norparrin.
- To enhance the communities capacity to welcome children with disabilities and developmental delays, ensuring that all children and families have the same access to regular early childhood services as other children and families
Management:
- To manage Norparrin in an effective and efficient manner that complies with the funding bodies regulations.
