How to Refer
Parents and carers are welcome to contact Norparrin and /or arrange a visit. Referrals are made through Northern Early Childhood Intervention Central Intake Service.
Central Intake for Northern Early Childhood Intervention Service
Central Intake provides a central point for all referrals to Early Childhood Intervention Services (ECIS) in the Northern Catchment of the North and West Regions (LGAs - Banyule, Darebin, Hume, Moreland, Nillumbik, Whittelsea, Yarra).
Central Intake:

Recieves all referrals for ECIS

Liases with families and professionals to determine ECIS eligibility

Links families with supports and services while waiting for ECIs

Is the contact point for families while they are waiting for ECIS

Manages the central waiting list for ECIS

Supports entry to ECIS when a place becomes available.
