About Us
Norparrin is an Early Childhood Intervention Centre, providing services to children with developmental delay or disabilities and their families in the North/East Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. Norparrin was formed in 1980, with purpose built premises built in 1990. Norparrin delivers programs from our Mill Park site 5 days a week, with programs offered from Mernda Village 2 days a week. Norparrin also offers programs from Laurimer Community Activity Centre 1 day a week.
We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of committed professionals working together to provide therapy, consultancy, education and support in the areas of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Education and Physiotherapy.
At Norparrin we offer programs that give children and families valuable experiences to assist in their development and growth. We encompass not just the child, but the family as a whole, recognising their important and vital role in the child’s life.
Our Early Childhood Intervention Team collaborates with families to establish an individualised Family Service Plan (FSP) as the foundation of service delivery.
